Pars Carbon Black announced on 6 October 2026 that it had completed the registration process for its carbon black product under Türkiye’s KKDİK chemical framework and received a Provisional Registration Certificate. The Iranian producer described the step as important to maintaining exports and a stable presence in the Turkish market.
The announcement concerns regulatory documentation. It did not disclose a new sales contract, shipment volume or production increase. Provisional registration therefore should not be described as a permanent authorization or proof of higher exports.
Market analysis
For carbon black suppliers, market access increasingly depends on product documentation, grade specifications, consistent quality and traceability alongside price. The commercial effect of this registration will be clearer when subsequent disclosures show export volumes, grade mix and repeat orders from Turkish customers. Iranian suppliers of industrial carbon black and black pigment can use this development to review their own technical files for target markets.
