P-80 is a black pigment with lower structure and OAN than other grades, making it a suitable choice for applications where processability, the ability to use higher loadings and viscosity control are important.
The lower structure of P-80 may reduce carrier-phase demand and improve processability in many polymer systems.
The very fine particle size, together with reduced coarse agglomerates and improved particle uniformity, enables better mixing and dispersion and may improve the uniformity of the final product in masterbatch, PVC and polymer compound production.
P-80 can be used in black masterbatches, PVC, polymer compounds, plastic components, artificial grass, pipes and profiles, general-purpose paints, concrete and cement, and other applications where processability and suitable loading are important.
