Eurasia Packaging Istanbul runs at Tüyap from 13 to 16 October 2026. In today’s pigment and ink market review, the event offers an opportunity to follow packaging print solutions and discuss technical requirements with suppliers.
Ink suppliers at the exhibition
The official exhibitor directory lists hubergroup Türkiye in Hall 3, Stand 321A, with products including Gecko Bond Top, LED UV inks and MGA Natura. In its second-day exhibition update, the company also highlighted printing and packaging solutions including NC-free Gecko systems and water-based HYDRO-X inks.
In the company’s technical communications, using common pigment concentrates with application-specific additives forms part of the modular GeckoCyclOne approach. This should be assessed as a complete ink system, rather than taken to mean that all pigments can be interchanged in every formulation.
Gohar’s perspective for Middle East buyers
For regional manufacturers and printers, the value of a trade fair goes beyond attractive finished samples. Discussions about batch-to-batch colour consistency, black pigment dispersion, substrate compatibility and delivery lead times can support a more useful comparison of supply offers. Sample requests and technical data sheets should address the actual production line.
The number of products presented at an exhibition is not, by itself, evidence of rising Middle East demand or prices. Our editorial assessment is that formulation flexibility and repeatable quality are important purchasing topics alongside cost. Regional stocks and commercial availability of individual products still need direct confirmation from the supplier.
